District Council 4 is currently mobilizing membership to take part in organizing efforts. IUPAT members make the best organizers, because they know the difference the union has made in their lives and can best communicate it to other members, non-union counterparts, and the community. The larger the share of the industry we represent, the more power we will have when it comes to negotiating for better wages and working conditions.
